What do I bring to class?

Bring a yoga mat, water bottle, and clothes that feel good to move in!

All are welcome if you want to bring a friend as well!

What if I can’t make it to any of the classes listed?

Reach out to me and we can get something on the schedule! Also make sure to visit again as I will be adding classes often!

What if I can’t keep up?

I often hear, “I’m out of shape” or, “I don’t think I’ll be able to do fill in the blank”.

Empowerment is for ALL women—regardless of shape, size, or color of skin. All of our courses have been designed to meet you where you are at. I will offer modifications throughout every class and ensure you feel comfortable the entire time.

Do you teach at events?

Yes! Here’s how it works:

I can teach any of the material listed on my site. You tell me what you’re looking for and either I will create a killer class plan or we can work together to make sure you are getting exactly what you’re looking for!

What if I don’t want to use the pole?

No problem! Every element of class is optional and we have alternative options that are just as much fun! While I think you will feel surprisingly comfortable, everything in class is an invite—not an instruction. Participate in only as much as you feel comfortable with. This goes for all elements of class!
