Founder of Fully Embodied ATL
My goal is to help women recognize their inherent beauty and re-ignite their femininity through dance and community.
Having taken feminine movement classes for years, I am excited to bring what I’ve learned to Atlanta, GA! I became a Licensed S Factor Instructor because of the huge impact S Factor had in my life. When I began, I was shut down both physically and emotionally, trying to fit in with those around me. Now I feel happier, more alive, and am living my dreams as the fullest version of myself. I want the same for every woman I meet. Thus, at Fully Embodied ATL, I am able to teach Pole Dance and Foundational S Factor courses to any and all!
